With over 28 years of experience spanning in private lending, real estate acquisions and credit underwriting, Kiran oversees the company’s strategic vision, portfolio management and capital deployment strategies.
Under Kiran’s leadership, Interfinance mortgage corporation has a lifetime volume of over 8 billion in loans, establishing a reputation for speed, strict risk mitigation and disciplined asset management. She prides herself on transparency and long term partnership, viewing every loan as a foundation for a clients growth. Kiran Kaushal holds a BA honours degree from Toronto Metropolitan University. Her work ethic and attention to detail has earned Kiran a respected name in the industry. In 2007, Kiran completed her LLQP exam, which allowed her to sell life insurance. Kiran also taught the FSCO 101 course at George Brown College.
